“Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay.”

“The space was wonderful for the way I wanted to celebrate my birthday with family and friends! We played group games with up to 12 people in the living room and a playlist from YouTube in the background. The kitchen is impressive. My friends who came who are parents didn’t bring their children this time but appreciated knowing the space can accommodate them. There is ample parking on the pavement next to the house and on the street in front. My fave feature was the shower in the master bedroom!……

“This property was perfect for our whole family to enjoy Williamsburg/ ( about 10-15 minutes easy drive ) . Plus close to food store etc and a great playground you can drive to. We had both units upstairs and down and the space was great for our group of12 . ( age range 78- 3 months ). The kids enjoyed indoor pool , mini golf and playground. Highly recommend .”

Close to amenities such as take out foods and corner store. House is also wheelchair/ Walker accessible as it is a bungalow with a ramp up to the front door. Highly recommend this rental.”

“My husband and I stayed in Richmond for a long weekend and lucked onto this beautiful condo in downtown. We are fans of old buildings and this one was old but still in great shape, very nicely kept up and included all the amenities we needed. The condo had 3 huge street- facing windows that admitted Plenty of light and made for some fun watching of the street scene below. Check in was seamless and the hosts were super responsive. We had to keep moving our car around in order to obtain reasonable……

“Home was spotless. Each of the three couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen well equipped. Nice areas to hang out and eat meals. We were issued parking passes as promised however discovered they were expired after being ticketed. The property manager has already reimbursed us for this. Excellent care taken to correct this. Would recommend this for a conveniently located home in an unpretentious historical neighborhood.”

“We had an enjoyable stay on the houseboat. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations had everything we needed. We even made spaghetti the first night for dinner since we arrived later than planned. The area is private, we only saw a few people and those we did see gave a friendly hello if they didn't stop to chat with us. For anyone wondering about the movement of the boat, it is very stable. The boat is docked in a channel off the main river so not a lot of boat traffic and the currents……
