Nice Hotel.The staff were pleasant and Friendly.Excellent choice for Breakfast.Location was excellent as well. Hotel was quiet at night so got a good night sleep.I would definitely come back here again.

7th floor rooms aren’t very convenient as You need to take 2 separate lifts at opposite ends of a corridor to access your room. Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin
The room was nice and spacious and generally presented well but there were a couple of things that concerned me such as the dried up milk pots and graffiti on the wall. Lux 11 Berlin Mitte
Staines up the toilet room wall, sliding door and no window felt odd. TV didn’t work but after reporting it someone attended and fixed it. Was okay to stay, bed was comfortable and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful with restaurant spots
