“The only good is the beach is so beautiful. If you looking for a relaxing beach vacay this is not the place go to Mexico. The hotel takes full advantage of you knowing one has limited choices in Naples for a beach front hotel and that is very sad. Standing in a hot line listening to guest argue who was first and who left there bag as there place in line to pay almost $40 for an umbrella after paying dearly for a room with added resort fees is crazy. The hotel should care enough about its guests……

“We reserved the hotel under the assumption that it was non-smoking. However, guests were smoking near the pool area, which prevented us from using the swimming pool.”

“We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!”
