The mid-2014 redeveloped and fully refurbished beach house Hörnum is centrally located and within walking distance to all that Hörnum has to offer. On 3 floors of the semi-detached house can be here in a very modern and bright atmosphere of enjoying holiday. Here you can relax in an exclusive environment to dangle your soul and forget about everyday life. The beach house Hörnum is distinguished mainly by its old ingrown 500sqm large green garden. The southwestern location ensures light-filled days and spectacular sunsets. The typical sylt white poplars and Sylt roses give it its quaint island character. The large wooden deck with a beautiful spacious wooden table, chairs and two sun loungers invites you to linger and a cozy sundowner in the evening. From the garden you enter in a minute for direct access to the beach over the dunes. The property has on the ground floor a bright spacious living-dining area with large dining table, fine leather sofa in front of a cozy fireplace modern installation and a cozy open kitchen with island. The floor to ceiling windows for upstream terrace and the garden let the sun into the room. The living room has a modern flat screen TV with satellite channels, and a comforting fireplace with elegant travertine fireplace Bank for relaxing evenings. On the first floor there is a spacious bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a guest toilet. The spacious designer bathroom has been provided with an exclusive glass shower with rain shower, modern double sink and top quality fixtures. Both upstairs bedrooms are cozy 1.60m wide double beds. On the second floor are two single beds that are pushed together but also to a 1.80m wide double bed. Of the two west facing bedrooms you have a wonderful view over the dunes and listen to fall asleep, the sound of the sea. Of course, this property offers a free internet access (WLAN). A single parking space is right outside the door on the private land. In a few minutes walk from the western beach, the Wadden Sea and, according to Golf Magazine, the third most beautiful golf course in Germany (Golf Club Budersand 300m). In addition, several restaurants, supermarket, bakery, bike hire, as well as the port and the town center. The minimum booking period is freely negotiable depending on other bookings.

Family Holiday

Hornum is a beautiful area of Sylt! The house was great! Super clean and very nice! The garden was more beautiful than I ever imagined! We were very happy there. We would highly recommend it!
