“The stay was great! Simple process to get in the room and get situated. Being on the 3rd floor near the elevators and stairs made the trips from the beach and pool easy. The view was so nice from the balcony. And any questions I had were answered very promptly. I would def recommend for a couple or small family. I'd stay again for sure! Thank you!”

“Pool was dirty, but irrelevent since it was a bit too chilly to swim. The room lacked ventilation unless you ran the air con...which the fan portion was fine. The problems began when the compressor kicked on. My suv idles quieter. I addressed it but if anything at all was done, it was simply turned off. I took this as an indication that it was worked on...but nope. Still a idling truck above my head. May be fine if you are drunk and/or passed out, but i was neither of those things. The pull out……

“Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night. Called the next morning and was told some one went out to fix the keypad. We got there and the keypad was still not working. Called the main number……

“This stay was awesome. The sleeping space was accommodating. The beach was in walking distance. The kitchen and appliances were top notch.”

“BEWARE!! Stayed here for vacation, it looked nice in the pictures. Unfortunately it was NOTHING like the pictures & the place was a ghost town! It's run down, old, dirty & just gross. The lobby was closed the entire time, nobody to help with anything, the restaurants & bars were closed the entire time, the pools, hot tubs & lazy river were all CLOSED! Everything was roped off with caution tape, the hot tubs & lazy river were half drained & had disgusting water with trash & cigarette butts……
