Enjoy this newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo that sleeps 4 at Beacon Manor with a spectacular view of Lake Hamilton from the covered patio! Condo features 1 bedroom with 2 NEW queen-size beds, 1 fully renovated bathroom, full kitchen (including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, etc) and a living area with free Wi-Fi.

This condo features a full size communal pool with a great swim area and patio to enjoy spectacular sunsets on main channel Lake Hamilton! Patio includes outdoor grills and outdoor seating to accommodate family fun. With gated security, this property is well maintained with covered parking, tennis courts, game room, and a laundry room. Covered boat slip available for an additional charge (inquire prior to booking for availability).

Whether you are looking for luck at the track, searching the scenic trails of Hot Springs National Park, visiting the historic downtown bath houses or just enjoying time at the lake, this condo with lakefront views of Lake Hamilton is the place for your journey! This condo is located on main channel Hot Springs just a 1 minute drive away from Bubba Brew's lakefront restaurant, 5 minutes away from Wal-Mart/Kroger, and 10 minutes away from Oaklawn or historic downtown Hot Springs!

Spring Break
This was our first VRBO experience, and we are glad it happened here! Overall the stay was great! We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Comfortable furniture, very clean and tidy spaces. We LOVED the pillows, getting our own when we get home! Our only sad faces came in the forms of personal preference. Traveling with a child, at night we like to watch different things on T.V. so a T.V. in the bedroom would be nice. Additionally, we like cooking so a better variety of cookware and utensils might help those people who like to do the same. We will be back on our next trip to Hot Springs! Thank you so much!

Great Stay
The property was clean and checking in was seamless. There was an issue with the door code, but I was able to reach the owner by phone and get into the property quickly. The location was perfect and the kitchen had everything I could have thought of. Overall, great stay!

Wonderful experience
We had a wonderful time with relatives and the condo was very clean and was perfect for me and my husband. We visited the state and national parks and they were beautiful. The casino was top notch. Can’t wait for our next visit.

This was a cute place to stay. My family enjoyed the game room. It was a quiet place. Everyone was kind. Check in/out was so easy. Communication with the owner was quick. Apartment was so cute! This was not in the middle of all the busy but was a quick drive to attractions. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the mattress needs to be updated. But unless you’re here to sleep alot it will be fine. Will be coming back and recommending to others.

Great pool and convenient location
This apt was very clean and host was accomodating with great communication. The pool was very nice and location very close to lots of fun things! The only downside was the mattresses were noisy and not so comfortable and the toilet/shower room was very small.
