  • This one level, gated property, with no steps to enter, condo has a boat slip. Pool, covered parking, parking spot A4, 2 large bedrooms, 1/king, 1/queen,1/Razorback reading room w/ 2 twin day beds, ceiling fans in all rooms and beautiful lake view, very close to airport. Televisions in all bedrooms and Razorback reading room and living room, full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen. GREAT DECK TO SIT AND WATCH THE WORLD GO BY AND PRAY THE WORLD SLOWS DOWN. Two bathrooms one handicapped shower bath and master en suite shower with tub.>Tennis court that also has stripeng for pickle ball play.Swimming pool open<>This property has its own covered parking spot clearly marked A4, for our unit, plenty extra parking. Lake facing with boat dock. Room for trailer parking at top of hill and security gate. A charcoal grill is available in the parking lot with a bench for resting bring your charcoal, there is another located near the tennis court. Enjoy. Very close to airport, casino, many restaurants, horse racing and wonderful Hot Springs history. More info about Hotsprings can be found at HotSprings.org.

Excellent location, beautiful lake views to wake up to. This place was great. Gated complex made us feel extra safe, rooms were spotless. We will stay again any time we are in the Hot Springs area!

Perfect property. Spacious. Storms were coming in. Sweet Sweet neighbor on bottom floor knocked on our door - Donna. She told us about the sirens that might sound and that my family (we’d never met) was welcomed to come to her safe place. She left us and knocked on neighbors door. What a God send. We tried to catch her next day to thank her. We love Texas for our friendliness but every state needs more Donnas. Loved the house and the location. Fell in love with Arkansas.

Beautiful view close to everything

This property was so absolutely perfect. So clean, master bedroom bed was so comfortable (it was the only bed we used), the kitchen had everything you could ever imagine needing. Can’t say enough nice things. I hope to stay many times over the summer.
