Experience Hot springs with breathtaking Lake Hamilton views from either of 2 balconies! 2.5 bedroom 2 bath +2 half baths. Boat dock just steps down from the house. Fishing. Newer construction so new stainless appliances, new furnishings, 1 king bed, 1 queen, and a twin area for kids! (Blow up beds available). Sleeps 6-8. Washer/dryer on each floor (2 levels), walk in closets, bamboo wood floors, jacuzzi tub/shower, dishwasher, all kitchen supply's, coffee pot, keurig, outdoor table for eating or coffee at sunset, deck by the water with fire pit, and more. Charcoal grill provided for outdoor cooking!! There are 2 entrances to the home on different levels. This gives privacy for friends or family. There is a spiral staircase that connects the 2 floors inside as shown in pictures. Super easy for 2 families to have privacy on separate floors. It’s Minutes from Oaklawn racing and shopping and same for the historic downtown area. A must see! 2 couches in living area can also serve as sleeping for an additional 2 more.
We also own 2 other properties just next to this one for friends or family. Both sleep 4 each. The 1 bedroom condo has a great balcony view and is super spacious with 2 baths. (Jacuzzi tub and shower). Ask about our corporate stay specials for off season or staye during the week. We are just 1-2 minutes away from mini golf/go carts/bumper boats/laser tag/arcade. Bring your boat for your own dock space to store it over night. If you have a larger group but want privacy…ask us about our other 2 condos literally steps away but in the same parking lot.
