peaceful river setting

This spacious home was modern and beautifully designed and decorated! The kitchen was well-appointed (although there was no toaster:) and the showers were large and luxurious! I loved the screened in dining area and the boys enjoyed the grilling and dock area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs and would stay here again!

Great place

House was great and so was Grant, the property manager. We had problems with the internet and televisions, he came right out and stayed until he got is up and going. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect home for our vacation

One of the best houses we stayed in for our vacation. It was a nice 3 bed 3 bath house with outdoor grill, and a magnificent river view. The best part was the sun room where we spent most of our time. TV had subscriptions for Netflix, prime and YouTube for us to relax in the night. Owner was very cooperative and adjusted all our needs. Overall a very good experience. Would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect!!

This property was just as described. Beds comfy, all the amenities you would need. Clean, everything we needed was provided except our groceries lol. Perfect location on the river. Contact with management was superb. If I had questions, they were quick to answer. Highly recommend!!

As Advertised- Hot Springs Lake House

The “Bicycle Pad” lake house was exactly as advertised. My family and I had an amazing time during our stay. The property manager was very professional and responsive. The property was very clean; the renovations that were done to the place were amazing; the space was very inviting. Our kids, twins (7), both enjoyed the place. We all felt comfortable, and at ease. The neighborhood was tranquil and relaxing. The back porch was the perfect place to be with your thoughts. I recommend this property, we’d definitely stay there again.

Petal Pad stay

Nice, quiet neighborhood. My only complaint was the trash cans inside were small and we had to empty them often since eight people staying there generated a lot of garbage. The large trash can outside was not picked up on Tuesday/Wednesday like the letter said and was not picked up on Thursday when we left.

Just Right

We try to come down a couple of times a year to spend time with my mother and my sister and her family. Their houses can’t accommodate all of us, so we’re constantly looking for something close by to maximize our time since we’re coming in from Las Vegas, Detroit, and DC. The exterior of the house is subtle. The olive green paint on the vertical wood plank house looked clean and fit the surroundings. The one piece brown wood door with sidelight windows looked modern yet rustic. Inside was exactly as the pictures show. The kitchen is off to the right and is modern, spacious and fully functional. In addition, the owners provide everything you need to make full use of the updated appliances like the radiant range and wall oven, and the automatic hood fan is a really nice touch. We like to cook and entertain when we’re together, and the kitchen was perfect! The kitchen opens to a large great room with vaulted ceilings, a spacious and comfortable sectional, nice electronics, and a table along the back of the sectional perfect for dining or playing cards. Past that is a three seasons room that is clean with a huge table and a small sofa to sit in the sun and read a book. There’s not enough space for me to write more. Rest assured: this place is perfect to spend time with family. The bedrooms, like the rest of the house, are clean and updated - particularly the master! The washer and dryer work well. And the owner is very responsive to your needs. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonder Stay

We took a fishing trip with my brothers and nephews. This was the perfect house for us. It was very well stocked and everything was so nice and new. We had ZERO complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back for sure.

Great stay at Pedal Pad

Pedal Pad lived up to and exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful, one of the best equipped kitchens we've had in our vacation stays. Bathrooms were great also. Convenient to all attractions in Hot Springs, relaxing on the water and deck.. Really have no negative comments. Definitely plan to return
