Quaint Cottage minutes to Oaklawn and Downtown

Cozy 1940's cottage, nestled in the heart of Hot Springs National Park. Enjoy the convenience of our location. Minutes to downtown, just a few blocks to Oaklawn Casino and Racetrack. A short dive to any of our 3 lakes... Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine, and Lake Ouachita. So many Fabulous local restaurant's within the downtown area, along with some great local breweries and distillery's. Easy access with a door keypad.
The space
We have a open kitchen with all your basics, including pots pans, toaster, microwave, blender, wine and bar accessories and a stocked coffee bar( fresh ground and K-cups provided) . Shampoo, conditioner, facial bar, shower gel and lotion provided.
Wi-fi only and smart tv's in the living area and both bedrooms, no local cable provided but u can log in with ur apps. Cozy living space with plenty of seating. Washer/dryer with pods and dryer sheets. Plenty of drawers and closet space for each bedroom along with a luggage rack . Completely fenced back yard with an 8 foot privacy fence and a long ally drive for boat or tralier accommodations.

We loved staying in Lisa’s Rose Cottage! The space is accommodating, immaculate, and adorably decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. It’s walkable to the casino and a 5 minute drive to the strip. Lisa left us snacks and had coffee and waters available, which was much appreciated. The fenced yard was a great space for our pups to get some exercise time. We appreciated having a washer/dryer to wash our travel clothes before leaving. Hot Springs never disappoints- We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for our short vacation with grandchildren. Centrally located in a very safe, older neighborhood very homey atmosphere and the host thought of everything we felt at home immediately. Lisa was a wonderful host and gave me recommendations on different areas to explore. It was definitely a nice surprise when I saw the pupcakes for my dogs after I had mentioned we planned this trip for one of our dogs birthday for a little adventure!

cute and cozy cottage. The Christmas decor and goodies were such a welcome touch. It was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was not all that great, but it was quiet. There was a picture on the website of the front porch that was not at all what the cottage really looked like. All in all, it was a pleasant and nice experience.

Rose Cottage is cozy and well appointed

All amenities are provided for (coffee/tea bar, real creamer, bottled water, snacks and bathroom essentials). Lisa Ann and Tony have thought of everything in cute 1940's cottage. Washer/dryer works great! Close drive to Bathhouse Row. Loved the electric candles in fireplace and the Fall decorations!!

Amazing hosts, close to everything

We stayed for an extended weekend. The hosts had everything ready for us and left the lights on since we were getting there after dark. It was a great place to stay with our dog as it has a fully fenced in back yard. It’s close to everything in hot springs and the interstate as well! We will absolutely book again the next time we are in town.

Cute cottage!

My daughter and I went to Hot Springs for a mother/daughter getaway. When we first pulled up to the property, we were concerned about safety, as it is not in a great neighborhood, but we didn’t have any issues. We were there for three nights. The cottage is super cute, clean and well stocked. The owner was very communicative and ready to assist if we needed anything. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed Hot Springs and The Rose Cottage very much!
