“Property is great. Beds are comfortable. Great kitchen. Two living areas. Plenty of room to spread out. Location is awesome with numerous restaurants, bars and a grocery store within close walking distance. The only downside is the upstairs of this house is leased to others. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear them at night. Would definitely rent this place again.”

“This property was great. It is the perfect location. Close to many places to eat, bars, and amenities. Not to mention the street car is 30 feet from the front steps. It's also amazing because the street cars line up each night in front of the home waiting to be stored for the night. This neighborhood is very safe, we walked everywhere and we're out until 4am some nights. It is quiet at night, but minutes from all the fun. Make sure to check out the local bars, and restaurants.
