“Very convenient location to WashU which is why we were there as well as all the local attractions. The house is right near Forest Park that has some great activities if you want physical or educational. The art museum is one of the best I’ve seen and we were lucky enough to catch the Matisse and the Sea exhibit. All recommendations that were made by our hosts were spot on. Love the community and everyone looking out for each other. Neighbors were real nice and helpful. Thanks for a great time……

Ryan was super friendly we ran into him a few times but there was NO awkwardness or inconvenience getting to or from the apartment. The apartment was super clean and comfy and larger than expected. Kirkwood is a beautiful area, safe and very close to downtown St. Louis. Would Definitely Stay here again.”

It is an ideal place for a larger group. The location is also very convenience. Close to the freeway and shopping centers. The neighborhood is also very safe. “House was well taken care of, especially being a more historical house, very clean and cozy. Only about 15 minutes from busch stadium and the arch area. Seemed like a decent area to stay, lots of places very close by, and downtown stl was just a quick car ride away. House had a very cool story behind its history that the whole family thought was pretty cool. We didnt have any problems on our stay at all. Would definitely stay again.”

“My sister and brother-in-law and I climbed the steep stairs to the 2nd floor and immediately fell in love with the high ceilings and gorgeous woodwork and pocketdoors and floors. Exceptionally clean, gorgeously placed plants and wall decorations. It couldn’t have been done better and the decos were far superior to wall hangings in many fancy hotel rooms. Kevie is the host with the most. I texted him 3x and each time, he responded. If you have climbing issues, perhaps this is not a good fit.……

“Beverly and Tim were great hosts! The place is super cute, clean, and comfy. Very close to dining options and touristic places. I went with my partner to ser the Eclipse, but we were also able to walk around Saint Louis and know more about the city. If we'll come back to St. Louis, we'll definitely be in touch with then again. Very happy to have stayed there :) ”
