Mattress was moldy and very stained, elevators didn’t work we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs when asked if they can change sheets or bring up clean sheets they said we had to go down to get them not a good experience

We arrived to a third floor room with no functuoning elevator. We climbed the stairs 3 separate times with keys that did not work on the room were were assigned. Once in a room, there were things left over from the previous guests including a false eye lash, a used bandaid, and tattoo gel under the AC unit. We then discovered there was no breakfast buffet which was im the listing when we called to see when it opened. This is a considerable cost as we are a family of 6 and now had to buy breakfast. There were also issues with spotty hot water for showers and only 2 towels for a room for 6 people. There was also not a person available at the counter and we had to yell to the back to get the attention of the woman working the counter who was blaring music or on her cell phone. Overall bad experience for a chain we usually have good stays with.

No working elevators, no breakfast. Also, this was an expedia substitution, for a room i rented, (through expedia) at another location, who didnt allow me to check in. Very disappointed with expedia! who took over 3 hours to "resolve " my issue, by providing me with this location as an option. Don't go here

Well for starters the elevators weren't working, and I have bad knees, but that was fine. They didn't have a working ice machine. However the most disappointing thing was waking up and going downstairs with my children for breakfast. And there was no breakfast as advertised. This was the train we picked this hotel, was because they were supposed to have free breakfast 😒 But the beds were at least comfy.

My family stayed there several nights. They had to ask constantly for the room to be cleaned, clean linens and towels,and the trash to be taken out of the room. The cleaning staff there refused to clean the room i am very disappointed to have paid money to stay there but the room service was awful!

The location was unsafe. I genuinely feared for my safety while there and rushed to get out. They also did not have breakfast, it smelled everywhere, and heard police sirens most of the night.

was extremely limited on they were able to give us (pillows , blankets, toilet paper, towels). there was no breakfast at all. The rooms were poorly cleaned and the elevator was very sketchy. The taller hispanic women would tell us that she’d bring us up things we needed but would never come back (she’d be sitting downstairs behind the desk with her feet up on her phone).

The staff was nice, but it didn't seem as though they did much work in maintaining the property. The surrounding area feels unsafe, and the gate around the property did not close. The lobby did not have AC. The rooms were not properly cleaned or secure. There was no breakfast provided. This Comfort Suites was not very comfortable. Don't spend your money here. I have stayed at cheap truck stop motels that were maintained better than this place. I actually checked out a day early to avoid staying another night. The pictures are deceptive.

The front desk worker Penelope was amazing and very helpful. We needed a room change due to the original room being unclean and she was very accomadating. The hotel itself was not very clean carpets very stained, floor was sticky elevator needed to be cleaned. Our first room was dusty, sheets appeared to have blood on them, had an odor and needed to be vacuumed. Our second room was slightly better but it did have sticky residue on the walls and crumbs on the floor and the fridge needed to be cleaned. This hotel needs to order new towels as everyone we got was stained, we went to Walmart and bought our own. The price was very good which is why we got it and stayed. We were in town for a funeral and didnt have time to find something else in our budget. I personally wouldnt stay there again and cant recommend it to anyone. Only things decent were the price and the one worker they had there.
