Visiting for a weekend with family

We really enjoyed the river backdrop and the private property! We loved it and the property manager responded quickly with feedback to our questions! This property is superb and way better than the hotel accommodations in the area!

The house interior was pretty new and very clean. Very happy with it. The property though: The listing does not say that the property is shared with another larger rental house. The pool and other facilities are shared. The River area was unmaintained and looked nothing like the photos. The dock was no longer level but did feel sturdy.

SERENITY

Aaron is an amazing Host. He went above and beyond our expectation without invading our privacy. This place is pure SERENITY!!!!! Absolutely the most comfortable spot we have VRBO'd in many years. DON'T pass this property up! Thank you Aaron. We are coming back soon.

Sister Birthday Celebration

Our stay was great only flaws that I can complain about the gate gave of trouble continuosly #5 & #8 didnt wrk well and since the code needed both we got stuck at the gate numerous times and the dryer didnt work which made keeping clean towels for 4 women very difficult for a 4 night stay. Also the other properties were listed in the description so we werent aware of the opportunity for multiple parties to stay at the same time. Overall great place & great host will definitely stay again

The inside of the house was as pictured and very clean. We had issues with the tvs in some of the rooms connecting to the WiFi provided. The shower head needs replacing and some little things like doors sticking. We also were given multiple gate codes. It ended up being that one was to enter the property and the other was used to leave. My biggest issue was it’s an EXTREMELY shared property. There were about 10 pods on the property and I felt quite unsafe with my small kids there. One pod was almost within reaching distance of the house. Most of the windows were also unlocked upon arriving. I would not say this is a family destination at all and the neighborhood leading up to the property was not the best either. The house would have been much more enjoyable if the pods were not on the property. It’s a beautiful view but the pods block a lot of it.
