Very nice, quiet neighborhood in a great spot. The space was very very clean, which was very appreciated. I felt very comfortable and safe. Will save for future trips!

Great room with bathroom

Clean, nice room with everything I needed. Was able to walk to a great pizza place for dinner and to a breakfast spot. Neighborhood was quiet.

Houston Home

Came out from Florida to run the Houston Marathon and this place was absolutely perfect. All the luxuries and security of a hotel at a fraction of the cost. If you’re a single person of a couple this should be your go to stay in Houston!

Wow! Loved this little studio! Definitely going to be my number one pick anytime I’m in Houston! Location is fabulous, it’s so quiet in the neighborhood, very private and secluded from everyone yet in prime location for a big city!!! Not to mention it smelled so darn clean and it was absolutely pristine!

I traveled by myself. I felt completely safe. Room was clean had all the amenities I needed. Good communication with the caretaker Alex. Parking across the street. Location was easy to get around. Very clean bed was extremely comfortable.

nice safe area

Just a bedroom with bathroom, but enough for a few night stay in a safe neighborhood in midtown, close to everything! Very convenient. My only issue was the AC unit inside the room not working, as it was under 70 degrees the whole time I was there and the thermostat wasn't working at all.

Super Stay

This place is a hidden gem! It was super easy to park and get to from the interstate and the host is very detailed about the check in process! We were within walking distance from the Toyota Center and there are crosswalk signs and sidewalks all the way there making it pretty easy to walk. I do suggest bringing your own towels if your stay is a couple of days though! Will definitely stay here when we come back!

BETTER THAN PERFECT

Well, this place is very cozy. It’s so clean. I was in love when I stepped in the door. The host is very prompt and nice. We spent time on the patio and if I tell you it was so peaceful. Close to everything yet just far away enough. I never do reviews but I had to for this one. Great everything. I will visit again.
