A true gem in Houston!

The place is beautiful and in a great location! Walking distance to buffalo bayou brewing and located in the arts district near so many good restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and venues. We really enjoyed our stay!

Quick Trip

Great location, walking distance to art venue, restaurants & even Target. Drivable to just about all inner loop destinations in under 15 minutes. House looks just as it is listed. Fun visit.

Great location

We stayed here to visit our daughter who lives a few blocks away. We loved the place, very well remodeled older home in an up and coming neighborhood where you will see a lot of investment. This house is walking distance to restaurants, art studios and the extensive walking trails. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you might want to look elsewhere as this home is right in the heart of the Arts District on a busy road across from an elementary school. It did not bother us or ruin our time. The only negative I would point to is that the furnishings in the living area are not the most comfortable to gather around, so we just went out, again, not a big deal for us. We certainly will stay here again when we come to visit. Also, hats off to the management company, Evolve, very good communication, and responded quickly to our questions or issues upon arrival.
