I don’t ever stay at this hotel. The customer service was horrible. I was given a room where the air conditioner was out. After complaining a few times, they finally checked it out and I was given another room. The 2nd room’s key card function didn’t work. I had no choice but to stay here as Houston experienced a natural disaster and I didn’t have electricity at home.

Hello BetsyThank you for staying with us. As you mentioned, our area is designated as a National Disaster. The hotel too was without power until the day of your arrival May 20th. Our team worked very hard to get the hotel up and running to provide for our community and neighbors. The hotel was impacted by the storm and we apologize if the room you were first checked into happened to be one of the rooms that did not appear to be impacted by the storm upon first inspection but upon your arrival was found to have issues. Thank you for reporting it and thank you for staying with us.We understand because our team and their families are also impacted by the storm as we do live in the community as well.Safe travels & Take care

Well the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately the my had a disgruntled guess and the police were called. I do believe our hotel bed had bed bugs. I woke up this morning very itchy. I wasn't even supposed to stay in this hotel originally so I am pissed off that I am going through this. Expedia will be hearing from me in the morning.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at. This hotel smells like smoke and the room is moldy. This hotel is extremely cold, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Iris, my housekeeper, did an excellent job with my room. Front desk staff were polite and attentive. Check-in/our was easy. Property is older and a bit rundown, issues like no fan in the bathroom are inconvenient and dated. But room was updated, otherwise, and pleasant. I did not use other facilities (pool, workout room, etc.).
