▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. There is an additional fee of 50 dollars for each additional person above 10 guests.
▪️ Hot tub heating is available for an additional fee. To have the pool ready and warm for your arrival, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
▪️ We’d like to set your expectations that the hot tub temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.
▪️ Surveillance devices on property: There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the house. There are no cameras inside the home. These are used solely for security and to monitor the exterior.
▪️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and additional fees.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge style services may be available upon request for an additional fee.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ Strictly no pets (including ESA) allowed. Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
▪️ No smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed only in the backyard.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.

▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
