🚫 No Smoking or Substance Use

Smoking, vaping, or using any illegal substances inside the Tiny Home is strictly prohibited.
Violating this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $350 smoke remediation fee — no exceptions, no refunds.

🐾 Pet Policy – Yes, We’re Pet-Loving (With Boundaries)

We’re happy to welcome your four-legged companions, but we have a few important rules to ensure a clean, safe space for all:
• 2-pet maximum per stay
• $100 pet fee per pet, invoiced separately
• Please share your pet’s size and breed at booking
• Pets must be leashed outdoors at all times
• Guests are fully responsible for any pet-related damage

We love animals, but we also love clean furniture and harmony between two-legged and four-legged guests.

Let’s keep it peaceful under the stars.

🛑 Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not provide refunds for unused nights if you choose to shorten your stay after check-in.
Please book thoughtfully—we like happy stays, not refund regrets.

⚠️ Neighborhood & Safety Notes – Full Transparency

This tiny home is located in a working-class, urban neighborhood just minutes from downtown. Some homes are renovated, others are still in progress. It’s real, authentic, and close to everything.

Here’s what to expect:
• BBQs and music are common in the evenings
• Fireworks may occur during holidays
• Stray dogs have been seen—please avoid walking pets off-property
• Our homes are on wheels and require climbing a few steps—please watch your step
• Guests stay at their own risk regarding slips, trips, or falls

📋 Tiny Home Features

This tiny home is equipped with everything you need—just miniaturized.
It features:
• A kitchen you can actually prepare meals in
• A beautifully tiled shower with quality shampoo, conditioner, and towels
• A cozy area to lounge, read, or binge your favorite show
• A space-efficient layout designed for comfort and function

It’s small, but mighty—and thoughtfully designed to help you recharge and unwind.

✅ House Details

Pest Control:
We regularly fumigate, but due to our natural surroundings and small space, you may occasionally see a bug—alive or not. It’s rare, but possible. We’re transparent about it so you’re not caught off guard.

Air Conditioning:
To conserve energy, we leave the wall-mounted A/C off until check-in. It might feel warm when you arrive, but it cools down fast once turned on.

RV-Style Toilet:
Our tiny homes use RV-style toilets, which are different from standard plumbing. They function well, but occasional mild odors may occur—especially in humid weather. It’s all part of the tiny home charm (with less mobility, more comfort).

I had the pleasure of staying at this location for an extended stay. The location may throw you for a second just driving around but you will be in a private gated property with multiple cameras. The cabin is very homely. It has all the essentials plus a well manicured yard that can be enjoyed with either a BBQ, small fire (weather permitting), or just hanging out under the covered area in the back. If there are any issues; communication with Mrs. Veronica is always very prompt and courteous. She is very attentive and very accommodating to her guests. I highly recommend a stay at this property as you will start off as guests, leave as friends, but feel like family.

My family and I enjoyed staying there. I would say 2 people max would enjoy spending the night here because of the queen sized bed . But it was a great experience nonetheless

The tiny house was adorable and had everything we needed. It's obvious that Veronica and Rene put a lot of love into their work designing tiny houses. We also really enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the morning. A memorable experience for sure!
