It was located behind several other businesses and was hard to locate. There was a small sign with an arrow in front of another business. I had to go through Wendy's parking lot to get to the hotel.

Es el único hotel de la cadena palace inn Que me he quedado, que cobro depósito y con tarjeta de crédito, yo tenía efectivo para el depósito y no lo aceptaron fue muy desagradable ese momento por el trato. Allí llame a expedía intento mediar sin éxito y tuve que colocar el depósito con tarjeta donde no quería por mi experiencia nunca reintegran en este tipo de hotel económico el depósito.
Otra queja Tuve que quedarme una noche más y lo hice nuevamente por expedía donde en la mañana le indique al mismo gerente que me iba a quedar una noche más para que me actualizara la llave y me indicó por ser la reserva por expedía no puedo dejarlo en la misma habitación donde me obligó a sacar las maletas para salir hasta que diera ingreso nuevamente a las 3 pm que es la hora para el checking, en fin me desprogramo una actividad de trabajo donde llegué tarde por esperar que mediara expedía no teniendo éxito. Nada contento con este hotel específico de la cadena Palace Inn, donde sugiero que la queja escale por la falta de conciencia ante la forma de no poder ceder a ninguna petición
