The place was clean and wonderful, almost too clean, very strong smell of chemicals which was a little overwhelming. The directions to access the apartment were a little confusing but we were eventually able to get in. Also, a word of warning, the parking garage is quite treacherous for a larger vehicle (Infinity QX80). With all that being said, the location is absolutely wonderful and there are many places to eat that are within walking distance. We were very close to the venue for the Con we were attending. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great location, safe and secure

Could have been setup a little bit better to accommodate six adults. Not enough dishes, cutlery/ dull knives, wouldn't cut anything, no t-towels/dish cloths. Apt. was nice and had lots of space for six adults.

The apartment isn’t as nice as what’s pictured. Cleanliness is a big deal for me and the place was not up to par! When I messaged the owner about the dirty sheets, I never received a message back. I had to make a Walmart trip for laundry detergent to wash the bed linen. No Linen for the sofa bed, the couch pillows were worn out! The bathrooms were not so clean, dirt piled up along the walls behind the doors. they could also use some bath rugs. The balcony was dirty! I waa highly disappointed Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the apartment’ Money waisted❗️

Great Location to Medical

This condo was not clean and needed repairs and replacements done.it was obvious that owners just wanted money and did not replace broken/used furniture fixtures. Towels were low grade and needed to be replaced. As a vacation rental owner of 3 properties this would not fly in my business.

If staying for a few days

Be prepared to have to go buy furnishings if you are a party of 4 or more even if there are 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. This is the second time I have stayed in one of their properties on chance it was just off but that wasn’t the case. Super disappointed as I travel here 2 times a year a week at a time and have to have these inconveniences late at night after working extraneous times/hours with staff on hand to cater to.

Great location close to the Medcenter

The apartment was very spacious with three bedrooms. Is well situated close to the Medcenter. Walking through the neighborhoods or an added benefit. I would highly recommend this apartment. Ike, the apartment manager, was fantastic.

The neighborhood is very nice. The pool was nice-sized, clean, and easy to access. The apartment was spacious, had ample closet space and dressers to store clothes in. Great place to stay - recommend for multiple couples or a larger family.
