Cheerful Lakeview Home in Gated Community with lots of family amenities, pool, water park for kids, tennis court, basketball court! Nice walking trails, overall wonderful community filled with lots of trees. Minutes from the Woodlands and the Pavilion! SplashPad Texas® at Legends Ranch includes numerous amenities. These amenities include a beach-entry splash pool with slide and spray features, children’s playscape, walking trails, basketball pavilion, and volleyball and tennis courts. Legends Ranch includes access via the Hardy Toll Rd. and I-45. Located near I-45 North on Rayford Rd., this 450-acre neighborhood is just minutes away from The Woodlands and Bush Intercontinental Airport. Legends Ranch residents realy like year-round sport and water recreation with the SplashPad Texas recreation center. The recreation and water park area provides enough attractions to entertain a large family all year-round.

House and host review

Getting in the gate was a little confusing at first but they worked with me on that and issue resolved very quickly. It was a perfect location for our family. I left my glasses at the house and my son lives local. They worked with me and him and were very helpful in getting my glasses back. Highly recommend! Very nice place.

Nice house, sparse kitchen stuff.

Overall a nice property. Needs more plates, cups, and dishes. Unusual bar area at front of house that doesn’t suit guest usage.

This is a very beautiful and clean location. My 3 daughters 35 years and older, plus their kids enjoyed the feeling of being home and comfortable. We contacted the host to ask to add access to the property and she was so nice to work with. I hope to rent this location again in the future. Thanks
