This beautifully maintained home is situated in the heart of Montrose, surrounded by some of most sought-after attractions for exploring, sightseeing, delicious food & entertainment.

Centrally located near Downtown, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, University of Houston, TSU, Rice University, Galveston, Hobby Airport and Bush Intercontinental Airport.

1) RULES STRICTLY ENFORCED
NO house parties allowed.
NO large gatherings with unauthorized guests.
NO video shoots.
NO unauthorized organized events.
NO disturbances to the neighborhood.
NO loud noise, music, car engine revving, or any other noise which can disturb neighbors.
NO illegal drugs.

-If violated, your reservation will be revoked and terminated immediately with NO REFUND.

2) FREE Washer and Dryer. Please provide your own laundry detergent for personal use.

3) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
