Located only a couple of miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, you ll have access to fabulous waterfront restaurants, amusements, charming retail stores, festivals, and seaside shows. Search Kemah Boardwalk for their events schedule, including fireworks!

Sit waterfront on the balcony and enjoy sunrises, sunsets, drinks and good conversation with family and friends, taking in the calm and beauty of this nature retreat. If you enjoy birdwatching, bring your binoculars, as there are many beautiful birds in and around the water.

*Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am. We are happy to offer our guests early check-in with prior approval, for an additional fee, in our off season only, and if available. Unfortunately, late check-out requests cannot be granted, as our teams work on very tight schedules. Check-in instructions, including door codes, will be provided to guests a few days prior to the arrival date. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
