"Pros: Ice machine, free parking, tasty (if small) included breakfast (bagles, muffins, yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, diced potatoes, AJ/OJ, milk, apples, waffle-maker), fantastic AC, quiet, well-insulated rooms (no sounds from upstairs or adjacent neighbors).
Great, clean, comfy beds.
Nice bathroom-tub was old/rusty at the drain/ needed new caulking.
Funny art in our room: 2 offset pictures- by only 1/2 inch. This looks like they were attempting to line them up and couldn't quite do it. (Off set by at least 2 to 4 inches for aesthetics.) Also, over the 2nd bed, the two framed pieces were IDENTICAL. If there are that few pieces of art to go around between the rooms, at least place the identical pieces over opposite beds, not the same one! LOL They were at least visually appealing black and white photographs instead of the ugly modern "art" many businesses put up.
