「The rooms were small but perfectly adequate. The rooms were not air conditioned and as we were there on one of the hottest weekends of the year the room was very hot overnight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.」

「Its was neat and tidy, bathroom was a bit of an adventure, but spotless nonetheless. I probably wouldnt stay here if you had mobility issues, but it was good value for money. Pub grub was great, the barmaids were 5* ,They couldnt have been more helpful and polite. Easy walk into York and a few shops at the end of the road. Parking was excellent.」

「Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night. Would I stay again - yes if there’s air con - staff have been very good.」

「While the room was cheap it wasn’t very clean the shower was filthy the windows was filthy the vinyl the soap dispensers was very dirty, had a hand towel with the edges all frailed at the ends no light as you come out the room onto the landing I was left a soft brown banana that was left for the breakfast two days in a row and a slight brown apple . The breakfast sandwich was a cold defrosted bacon and sausage sandwich with the date it was frozen or defrosted on it I can’t remember. I’ve stayed...
