"The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, the service was good, and the breakfast tasted quite good as well. However, there was one issue that left me somewhat disappointed. After having breakfast one morning, I developed diarrhea. Although I cannot say for certain that it was caused by the breakfast, I did not eat anything unusual that day other than the breakfast, so I was concerned that it might have been related to the food, especially the desserts, which may not have been fresh or properly stored. I reported the situation to the front desk and hoped that they would take my concern seriously and at least express some concern. Unfortunately, instead of apologizing or showing concern, the staff repeatedly suggested that I might have eaten something cold and that this was the reason I became sick. I found this response rather disappointing. I am not trying to unfairly blame the hotel. I simply hope that the hotel will take guests’ concerns seriously, especially when they involve food safety. Even if the exact cause cannot be determined, I believe it would be appropriate to show concern, offer an apology, and carefully check the quality, freshness, and storage of the breakfast items. I hope the hotel will strengthen its management of breakfast foods, especially desserts, to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future."

"Rating: 5/5 Great stay at Crowne Plaza Huangshan. The location is fantastic – right next to the ancient town and easy to access. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast had a good variety of Western and Chinese options. Would definitely stay here again. --- Would you like me to adjust the tone or add any specific details (e.g., views, parking, airport proximity)?"

"Strategically located in Tangkou area at the foot of the mountain . Through corresponding on We chat , the staff came to pick me at the Tangkou bus terminal . Much appreciated Room is nicely decorated. The staff helped with the itinerary. There are many such hotels in the vicinity n good service stands out"
