“We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Sacred Valley, it turned out to be the perfect choice to acclimatize to the high altitude. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were genuinely concerned about my altitude sickness (which wasn't that severe, but maybe I looked worse than I felt) and offered some remedies. Luis told us all about the area, a lot you wouldn't get from tourist guides, and also took us on a lovely hike up the mountain behind us. The food in the restaurant was great,……

“It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW. ”

“It’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re touring the Sacred Valley in the Cusco area, especially for adjusting to the high altitude of Cusco city. The hotel is peaceful, with a garden-like atmosphere that makes it very relaxing. The service is excellent, and the staff are kind, polite, and always ready to help. They can arrange tours and taxi services, which makes exploring the area very convenient. During my stay, they organized a one-day taxi tour for me that covered four to five highlights……
