Besides an apparent missed email, was very easy process from start to finish. Was first time using so will definitely be using it again. Most wonderful family trip so far❤️❤️

We were there less than 36 hours due to the early check out of 10 am. While the booking, check in & unit were all very easy and convenient, checkout @ 10 am is not a fair ask. Check out should be between 11-12 pm or there should be some sort of hospitality room for storing items and/or freshening up so the day can still be enjoyed. The unit itself was very nice, clean & updated. The water was extremely hard leaving me feel like I never showered.
