Friendly staff, comfortable bed, older room not yet remodeled and tv remote missing in action, both minor issues. Would stay again and ask for one of the updated rooms shown on Expedia 🤓.

Booked a room with 2 queen sized beds. Got a room with one king size bed. Couldn’t get another correct room because they were fully booked even though I paid for the room weeks ago. Brought up a rollaway bed instead. Staff said “because it was booked through Expedia they had no control over what type of room we could have.” Had to kick in the door to enter since it was so misaligned and sticky. Room next to us had the same issue. Almost couldn’t get out of the room because the door jams up. Oh and paid for the room through Expedia then had to pay cash for the “tax” on the room at check in. Nice hidden charge there. Never again would I stay here.

This place is absolutely terrible!!! 10//10 would not recommend. Property and Rooms are disgustingly dirty/moldy, not maintained. This was the only place available for the dates we stayed in St. Croix, other wise I would have double payed for any other hotel and left immediately. Chris the at the front desk was nice.

The property was terribly run down and so dirty. The floor in the bathroom looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I was having a problem watching TV because the connection kept going out. The place was also filled with alot of people who apparently live there, hanging out alot outside their room. This made me feel a bit unsafe because they kept starring at me.

The room we had wreaked of cat urine. Not sure why, are cats getting in somehow? We could not open the windows to air out the room, the windows were so old they were stuck shut. The window panes were cracked and storm windows could not be removed to let air in, even if we could have opened them. The bathroom shower was filthy. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a longtime especially around the walls and bed. The pillows were flat as pancakes and smelled like cat urine. The door was very hard to open and lock. My husband was up all night due to the horrible cat stench. He never slept. If your going to charge those prices you need to update and clean that room. Remove that carpet its horrendous smell is so unhealthy and just plain filthy.

We were in the middle of check-in when the establishment was rated by the police force and temporarily shut down do to a search for drug-related issues. Apparently this was not the first time and this is a known establishment where drug deals frequently happen clearly we didn't know that when we booked but thankfully we were able to get a room at another hotel nearby where there were no issues needless to say I would not recommend staying here to save a few dollars when there could be safety concerns

Hotel manager was very accommodating and personable. We had one of the not yet renovated rooms but it was clean and good value for the price. I appreciate this hotel is pet friendly and has a nice little area for walking dogs

The girl at the front desk was awesome and helped with some room issues. She was a gem!! The place is in terrible shape. Pool was down. 😢 The room was not clean. Very dusty and dirt on the floor. Not sure if the sheets were actually fresh. 😬 I wouldn't stay there again.
