Family visit

Good time at condo on The beach. Close to my family. Condo was undergoing renovations, so wasn't in to top shape. Would stay again.

Coming together

We met here with family from Illinois, Georgia and Maryland. The condo, grounds, and amenities were just right for us. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon, playing pickle ball, tennis, and swimming in the beautiful pool! The views and sunsets were outstanding, and the local restaurants were top notch! The location of Hudson was just right as well. It was within an hour for us to visit the manatees, Clearwater area beaches, Honeymoon Island, and Tampa airport. Five stars!

Excellent Florida Nature Coast Location

We enjoyed our stay greatly! The condo was beautiful, and well stocked enough for our family of 6 to cook meals for the week. The complex has lots of activities, and the neighbors were very friendly.

A Great Getaway

We had a very relaxing time. The open balcony was roomy and the wide view of the Gulf was beautiful. This condo was clean, comfortable, quiet. Checkin was easy and parking was plentiful. The heated pool, fitness room, tennis, pickle ball if we wanted stay active and great nearby restaurants to enjoy. We'd stay here again.

The area was great, beautiful views and great restaurants close by. Also the best ice cream shop very close also. The beds were okay but the pull out sofa was broken so not a good night sleep for some.

Stunning Views

The view from Balcony was Great... We saw Dolphins one morning. Very quiet and relaxing complex. They had Bingo one night in the clubhouse and we loved it. Communication with the property manager, Kim was Great, Very responsive.

Gulf Island Condo

This 2-bedroom condo (#807) is on the Gulf side of the building, offering nice views of the Gulf and the cove just outside the building from its balcony. We saw manatees in the cove most days. It's easy to get to and secure, with a 24-hour guard station at the entrance.

Lovely view

Amazing view and saw 3 dolphins one evening in the inlet that you could almost touch. Also, saw a dolphin the bay from the balcony. The other people living in the block were so friendly and helpful. There are great places to visit locally such as Weeki Wachee and Homosassa Springs. Also, make sure your hire a kayak at Weeki Wachee to go down the Crystal River, clear water and you just drift down with the current. You may be lucky enough to see a Manatee like we did.

When we got there condo was dirty,place in dire need of a painting.Bathtub drain was plugged and before we left toliet in main bathroom was plugged.For what was charged would not stay there again.

Great location, great view, great activity facility. Furniture was lousy - the pullout sofa bed was totally broken and unusable so that my adult daughter had to just use the sofa for sleeping. The bed frame in the master bedroom was broken. Dining table chairs very cheap. Front door seal was broken. Lighting in entire unit was inadequate. Would not recommend

Needs updating

Property needs updating and a good cleaning. Beds are too low for most seniors or handicap people. Both beds had support issues. Toaster needs replacing. Burns toast on one side. Top left shelf in kitchen not stable. Floors needed a good wash. Under beds and bureaus were dirty.

Beautiful View

They r working to update this property which is great, but should have it ready for guest before renting it out. Property manager is responsive but not open to feedback. Hot water heater needs to b replaced. Only enough for 1 Shower. Thus the apartment can not accommodate 6 people. My son had to stay at hotel w friends due to the hot water situation since he had a schedule to keep during our stay. My daughter & I were more flexible & rotated showering 1 in the am & 1 in the pm. I stay at 2bd 2ba condos all the time & have never had a hot water issue. Property manager told me I didn't know how to use the faucets & she said the plumber said it was a small water heater cause that's all that fits in the unit. It is their choice not to have the property in working order. Washing machine is not working properly either. Sounds like u r washing a load of rocks & things come out dripping wet. Property manager told me the washer worked fine. Not in my opinion. The unit is located across from the elevator and next to a hallway with coin operated laundry machines which is open to the elements and smokers. We were never offered anything for our inconvenience. Would have loved to rent this property again on our next trip the area, but will not.
