“I stayed here for one night while driving from Texas to California. Overall, I’d rate it as OK (3 out of 5 stars). The biggest positive was the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was good, with a nice selection of cereals, pastries, waffles, yogurt, juice, and fresh apples. The breakfast area seemed clean and well maintained. Parking also was easy. My only disappointment was the condition of my room. It was a significant……

“The room’s soundproofing was not perfect, but it did not affect my sleep.”

“The rooms are nice & spacious. I love that under the bed was open so we could put our luggage under them to save space. Full refrigerator, some cabinets, a little closet bar with shelf on top & a little burner stove. I don't know what the TV would show if just turned on because it could connect to YouTube & that's all my daughter needed. Traveling with kids, you'd be set! 😉 We didn't use the laundry machine still they looked easy to access & maintained. Overall, we would stay there again.”

“The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not……

“I was looking forward to a quiet night away to relax and get some work done, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, my original room was not ready, so I was reassigned to another room. Unfortunately, that room also appeared to be unprepared. I ultimately decided not to stay because I did not feel comfortable with the condition of the room. The pool was out of service, the fire alarm in the room was not properly installed, and there were numerous signs of wear,……
