“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is just as described. Rod was very helpful, allowing us to check in early and check out late. We loved the pool and the many shaded areas as the temperatures were very high while we were there. The only negatives were lack of restaurants within easy walking distance and occasional sharp barking from next doors dogs.”

“ House is exactly as described. The house is quite spacious, very clean and there is air conditioning in every room. It is very well equipped with all kinds of stuff. There are enough towels available, for the bathroom, the kitchen and for the pool. In the kitchen you will find all spices, all appliances and there is also enough cooking utensils. There are board games and puzzles, also games for the beach and pool accessories (inflatable) For us the location was ideal. This way we could visit……

“We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the new year holiday. The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for home cooking. The house had not been occupied for some time before our arrival and was cold, but the mini split devices in each room were effective for heating. Working with the owner and the house manager, Emma, was very convenient and clear. If we returned to the area, we would consider staying at the property again. ”

“The villa certainly did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and particularly loved the outdoor areas with the lovely pool, hot tub, wraparound terrace with 2 outdoor tables, a number of sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and BBQ. The games room provided plenty of entertainment too. A very quiet area with a cluster of villas in the vicinity but not so close as to disturb each other. Views across the surrounding farm land were great for sunsets. We arrived at 11pm and John/Joao……

“A fabulous family beach vacation in Matalascanas! The home is very spacious with several outdoor patios and/or open air dining areas by simply opening up the sliding doors. The home is right on the beach w/ a very private and secured entrance onto the boardwalk that takes you in less than 5-10 minutes walking to bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the local supermarket. The beach is terrific and the sunsets are amazing too! The yard is very comfortable with lots of comfortable chairs and……
