Séjour vacances de Noël

L'immeuble date des années 70 mais a été globalement bien entretenu. L'agence en charge de la location est très bien organisée en suivi, réponse et accueil, mais aucun ménage n'avait été fait dans l'appartement, ni par les précédents occupants, ni par la société en charge du nettoyage, qui n'est venue qu'à 18h30 voir si un besoin existait pour une prise de possession des lieux à 16h...nous nous étions chargé de nettoyer entre temps !Une pénalité est prévue en cas de ménage non fait au départ, mais aucune remise n'existe dans le cas où nous devons faire le ménage des précédents !!! à méditer....
