Cosy country house "Gîte Le Landhuismes", from the 19th century, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 1.5 km from the centre of Huismes, 8 km from the centre of Chinon. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, beautiful garden to relax, parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 1 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop "st Benoist la Forêt" 5 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 500 m, fishing possibilities 2 km. Nearby attractions: Forêt de Chinon 500 m, Azay-le-Rideau 19 km, Montsoreau -Candé Saint Martin 20 km, Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud 22 km, Villandry 37 km, Saumur 32 km. Hiking paths: sur place 100 m.
"Gîte Le Landhuismes", 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace roofed, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
