「great place to stay & easy to get to ..... only "issue" for us is that the common areas (hallway, stairwell, etc) were extremely warm the room a/c worked really well ..... bed & pillows were very comfortable & TV channel options were plentiful - Just need to get Ranger games on the lineup」

「We saw mold on walls of the room and water leaking on the elevator. Front desk person was very helpful in able to cancel reservation.」

「We were promised that the pool would be open the following day, but it never opened. The mattresses were completely worn out and sagging badly, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel was dirty overall and clearly not well maintained. I would not recommend staying here.」

「The best Hyatt Place I have stayed. The rooftop bar was a very nice addition. Breakfast was amazing as well with a great selection of fruit, protein, and carbs. The coffee was pretty decent as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.」

「The property is clean and well kept. The rooms are nice and they provide easy access to fresh towels and other accessories. The breakfast buffet is pretty good for the price and the wait and bar staff is very friendly. On the con side, the staff is a bit sparse at times, and the elevator was slow and/or broken. I could see through the toilet paper they provide, so you might want to bring a few rolls of your own.」

The bed and pillows….no back or neck ache in the morning. The staff was the best I have dealt with and really made us feel like they appreciated us staying there. Bar was great. 「Everyone was incredible friendly and helpful from the time we checked in, guidance in local eating recommendations, greeted when we returned in the evenings, and even helping me MacGyver a tube to protect concert posters for the flight home. 「A great experience for a fair price. Individual, 2 story units with a full kitchen. It’s more like a fully stocked apartment than a hotel room. We’re going again!!!」

「The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.」
