“Communication at the start was a problem but this was quickly resolvedLocation is excellent on the edge of Hull old city - great and the modern city centre( not so good!)Kitchen - V good well equippedLounge - a little spartan could have done with another chair etcBedrooms - very comfy but somewhat noisy at night when it rained Bathrooms - ok but it did take an age for the water to get hot”

“We had a great few days at the apartment, the location was excellent only a short walk into the city centre and it was quiet at night. The car parking space was a big bonus. The communication with the booking service was excellent and were always ready to help. We would stay at the apartment again.”

“Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The yogurt itself is not very private because it’s so close to the manor when you walk out the door you’re in view of the top windows however it’s located 15 minutes away from a few different trails which were really fun to take the dog. “These apartment is non existent we turned up to a sold apartment, no lock boxes, was told the man who ran them had gone bust months ago , no communication from him and had to find alternative accommodation at extra cost on top of the cost of paying for this back in March , trying to find a booking on a busy weekend was very costly and spoiled what should’ve been a relaxing weekend!!”

“Hideaway was a perfect accomodation for my partner and myself as my partner needs it to be accessible due to him having a stroke. We immediately knew when entering that it was perfect. The appartment was immaculate comfortable and homely. All the amenities were in walking distance for us which was a bonus we will definitely be returning”
