Fabulous accommodation, very spacious.

Fabulous accommodation, very spacious. Hot tub lovely and private. Couldn’t fault it and owners were there straight away if we needed anything. Would really recommend this barn conversion. Finished to a very high standard. We booked again.

Absolute stunning accommodation spotless had everything we needed hot tub underfloor heating and log burner a big bonus location was brilliant to reach Bridlington and Beverly for days out and the farm shop within walking distance Simply perfect

The Warren is a beautiful barn conversion that the owners have converted to the highest standard. Beautiful and clean and a lovely courtyard with hot tub to relax in. They left us to enjoy our holiday but were there if we needed anything. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for comfort and equipment was there is no washing machine . We did manage ok but would have been good to have one if only for swimming gear . This is the second time we have stayed here and would definitely stay again.
