"Room is clean although a bit small, but bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was really good, with freshly made to order eggs, pho, spring rolls and other menus as well as a full buffet choices. Coffee options include Vietnamese coffee and Italian choices. Worth to highlight that staff is very flexible and helpful if one has special needs. Rooftop bar is nice and chill with view to Hanoi night scene and live performances. Spa offers 20% discount for staying guest so be sure to reserve a therapy during stay. Very highly recommended for anyone wishes to stay in the Old Town Square. "

The location is incredibly convenient, making it so easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The room was elegant and extremely comfortable—a perfect cozy retreat after a day of walking. A special shoutout to the daily fresh fruit provided in the room; it was such a thoughtful detail that really added the perfect finishing touch to the stay!
The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a warm smile.
