The rooms are clean but the condition of the rooms is terrible, they are in desperate need of renovation, the building is looking tired. It is giving the appearance of a run down motel.

The rooms are in need of redecoration. The bathroom floor material is coming away from the lower wall and the extraction fan was very noisy . The guttering is leaking everywhere and is damaging the fascia boards giving the whole appearance of a rundown property.

Parking charge was not made clear, despite having a membership to the company, which stated free parking, I was still treated rudely by the check in staff demanding the money. Other patrons had the same problem when passing by and were unhappy. Very old and poorly maintained rooms and bathroom door frame was rotten. Only plus side was the view of cute rabbits outside the window.
