「Family of 3, 3 month old kid. Booked the most expensive private pool room. The property is perfect for children. Greenery all around, lots of play areas, a huge public pool with awesome features, great breakfast, friendly staff, I think 3 restaurants as well. So if you have kids, they are going to love it. Our stay was conveniently located and beyond incredible, greeted by warm and welcoming staff and overwhelming cleanliness. The room, the atmosphere, the amenities and more importantly the service was exceptional. Staff was always willing to assist, no matter the need and the only thing that surpassed their professionalism was...

We complained multiple times but no quick action was taken. > When we approached the manager, his behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a solution/compensation, he refused to help. > For a 5-star hotel like Radisson, this kind of poor maintenance and bad management attitude is completely...
