“This was truly the best hotel that we stayed in while we were in Scotland! The only problem is that it is in Glasgow, and it is not even close to one of the prettiest places in the country. If you go to Scotland, you need to go to the Highlands or the Isle of Skye and not here. This hotel is awesome though!! The service was fantastic and the rooms and interior are beautiful. “I think that this would be a great hotel for a weekend getaway if you happen to live somewhere in the UK or even Europe. I was quite jetlagged upon arrival (9am) after 24 hours in transit over several time zones. I had asked in advance if I could check in early. I did not receive a response. Check in was officially 3pm. Upon arrival, they suggested that for 20 pounds I could check in at 2pm instead of 3pm. I was able to leave my luggage but was absolutely exhausted and had to wander around……

I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning. “Clean apartment with two full baths. Cute building with charm and lift was useful for getting to second floor. Free Parking right behind building. A little tricky to find parking structure since it is a little driveway literally in the middle of the block, but once found very convenient. Apartment clean and comfy. Doors to rooms and bathroom a big heavy so a little cumbersome to hold open, a door stop may help. Also, some street noise at night so if you are a light sleepy you may need earbuds.……
