Room was gorgeous - we stayed in the Arran & it had such old style Scottish charm and a gorgeous standalone bath. The staff at check in was lovely too. Would come back again

This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to stay. On arrival I could see that the building exterior was very tired. The decking was past its best and the key box was broken and the smell was dreadful as I opened the door. Tried to keep an open mind went to open windows but the bathroom ...
