「Restaurant staff needs better attitude 」

「All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.」

「Pros: The room at the Redcon Suites was very clean and had a nice calm decor. The AC worked well, the bed was firm and comfortable. Location was walkable to several restaurants. Multiple taxis in the area so easy to grab one to get to the Marina. It was quiet in the hotel. They stored our bags for a couple hours the following day since we didn’t have to be to our next stop until after 14:00. The staff is there 24 hours for check-in, although the listing on Expedia says only staffed until 21:00....

「We stayed at Jazz Aqua Marine and Jazz Bluemarine in Hurghada and it was truly an amazing experience. The resort is perfect for families, especially if you have kids. The aqua park and water slides are fantastic and kept everyone entertained all day. The service is exceptional. Staff are friendly, attentive, and everything feels well organized.
