"Called two days before my stay- asked if the pool was operational (stayed here about a year ago as well for a few nights and pool was closed so wanted to double check) man on phone said yes, the pool is open. Upon arrival noticed sign on pool door saying it was closed due to maintenence and that it wont be open for some time and hasnt been open for a while either. The pool had already been closed before i arrived and i was mislead when i called."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and the reason we went back is because it was so good the first time. It didn’t let us down this time either! The pool was great, breakfast wonderful and we were more than comfortable. "

"A lovely location by the water! Lots of sleeping space with the carriage house and very comfortable, even in the winter, with the indoor wood burning fireplace which we enjoyed immensely! The hot tub was also wonderful :)The host, Jennifer, was incredibly attentive, more than other hosts, and very willing to assist (although we didn’t need anything). Would love to come back in better weather! "
