Bright and sunny, well maintained townhouse in oceanfront Yachtsman resort! Largest unit in the complex with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. Includes an extra room and an ocean view deck on the top level, and a bonus room on the lower level. Private beach, pool area, meticulously landscaped grounds, gazebo. Pool is only open on weekends in June. Kalmus Beach is just a few minutes walk.

Open kitchen/dining area, a living room, private enclosed deck with an outdoor dining set and a grill.

Accommodates up to 8 people (5 adults + 3 children)

Pool is open Memorial day to Labor day and only on weekends in June.

Easy check in and clear directions. The condo association is strict with it's rules. The condo is spacious and clean. It will be amazing when they finish their updates. Just note that there are multiple levels/stairs. Great hosts!

Lovely experience!

We had a wonderful time during our stay and I feel completely confident recommending this house. It was clean and spacious and in a perfect location within the complex. We were right near the pool which was great and the rooftop balcony was the perfect viewing location for the town’s Labor Day fireworks. The house is also walking distance from the harbor where you can take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. It’s walking distance to a great restaurant, The Black Cat. We ate at the casual area behind the main restaurant and it was great. Also loved Tugboats restaurant. Alex was easy to communicate with and friendly.

Great family break

This is a super location and unit for a family vacation where access to both a pool and a private beach are required . We did lots of research all over the cape - with our children all water lovers . This unit is feet from the pool and yards from the beach . It’s also within walking distance of Hyannis Main Street and port . We loved it and Alex was super accommodating helping us along with everything including things outside his remit… like car hire !!! Worth checking out for sure

Cape Cod June 2023

We loved the layout of this condo that allowed our adult children to spread out. The view and proximity of the harbor were great! Nice upgraded kitchen and first floor living area. Reliable washer and dryer were much appreciated. We took several day trips to Chatham, Sandwich, and Provincetown which made this a nice central launching spot. The Hyannis area of the Cape also has its own unique features with strong Kennedy history and bustling port. We especially liked the food at nearby Spankys restaurant, with a great view of harbor nearby. We would definitely return here in the future!

Great family vacation!

Our family of 5 had a great time at this condo. The location is spectacular, right on a private beach with views of boats coming in and out of the harbor. The condo was very spacious, with more than enough bedrooms. Great views from the top deck! The host was very responsive, and the staff on site extremely friendly. Perfect place for a family Cape getaway!

Awesome condo, great for kids, lots of things to do around

I highly recommend this rental. Good communication with the owner, was easy to book and get keys. Alex was always available to us and quickly responded to any questions I had. The condo was very clean and neat and ready when we arrived. AC and TV in every room, fully equipped kitchen, deck, gas grill, beach chairs - everything we could possible need was there and included in the price. The Yachtsman is right on the beach, common areas include perfectly landscaped flower garden, swimming pool, lots of areas to explore. The condo is a very short walk to marina, ferries and local restaurants. Will stay again next year. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
