Summary:
Hyannis Beach House
The Space:
This adorable, historic Cap Cod Salt Box home was built in 1980 and has been completely renovated! Nestled in a prime location, you can enjoy the area's many amusements easily. When you aren't walking across the area's scenic beaches, head for Ridgewood Park, the Melody Tent, the Whydah Pirate Museum, or Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf. The moment you pull up the drive, you will be charmed by the home's abundant curb appeal. Walk inside, and you'll instantly take notice of the cozy living room, equipped with a large TV and soft seating. The full eat-in kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, and dining as a family will come naturally at the wooden dining table or alfresco on the screened-in deck. Fire up the provided gas grill on particularly warm days and host a sweet summer barbecue. In each of the bedrooms, you'll find a streaming-capable TV, soft linens, and cool air - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. Things to Know The fireplace is not operational. The basement is not accessible.
In Hyannis for a friends wedding and this property was perfect for those of us who didn’t want to stay at the venue. Very clean, fresh towels for each guest. We didn’t spend much time at the house but had no complaints.

Location of home was wonderful and property It was good. However, having the ability to do laundry would have made the stay More accommodating along with premium package for cable programs. Would not recommend this rental.
