Waitress at restaurant was horrible. Sarcastic and lazy. Manager was great. Addressed all our issues. The number one worst issue is allowing day passes to people. This is a terrible violation of the trust from your paying customers especially allowing them into the outdoor pool. There were six people in the hot tub with their clothes on! No supervision, nobody checking room keys. The outdoor pool should be off limits to everyone but paying hotel guests. The room was excellent. Even trying to get to get a coffee in the morning was impossible. You have serious problems with the restaurant staff. Nobody was around to seat us. Allowing people who are not guests of the hotel to wander around is a deal breaker for me coming back.

The property was clean and included all the amenities. I like that the bathroom had a double sink vanity and the shower was nice. The property had firepit with chairs and it was to make smores when we were there. The bartenders at the bar were all nice and the margaritas excellent. What I didn't like was that when I booked on-line, I was led to believe that I was paying extra for a pool view. When I arrived, I found out that the view was of an INDOOR waterpark with no outside view. Because I was on the first floor, there was no privacy so I kept the curtain closed. This was a definite disappointment. I will not pay extra for "pool" view again.

This place is horrible. For 500$ a night i was expecting more. The kid at the front desk twice gave me bad directions on how to get to my room. Then there was the heated pool, which my kid got sick from for two days. I really wanted to like this place, but for what i paid for this place is trash. And i will never return

We arrived early to enjoy the water park before check-in, understanding that, since it was a Sunday, an early check-in for our one-night stay might not be possible. When we checked in at 4 PM, we were assigned a room that was already occupied, which was a bit frustrating after a long day. However, overall, we had a great time, especially the kids, who found plenty of activities to enjoy. Dinner was delicious, and the s'mores by the fire were a lovely addition. The property itself was recently renovated and very clean, which enhanced our experience.

Very confusing housekeeping policy which changed mid-stay with no notice. Had to request housekeeping return to room 3 times. All public areas were very clean. Buffet breakfast which was not complimentary left a lot to be desired.

My family and I had an excellent stay at the Marguarita resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids fully enjoyed themselves at the waterpark, arcades and the pool. I highly recommend and would definitely return.

Overall a great place to stay, it’s beautiful! We enjoyed very much. Music every night, Bed super comfortable! The fire pit and s'mores every night a nice touch! Staff friendly and helpful! Love the daily texts of all the activities and general info provided! Would definitely stay again! Expensive but worth it!

Everything was perfect it gave you the vibe of being in the Caribbean evn went you are in the usa, the people were really nice and everything was good, the only thing that would make it a little better even if you need to pay a little more is if it could have all inclusive or at least breakfast included. We stayed here back in April and was happy to leave 4 stars. However, this past experience was terrible. My kids begged to go back, and I doubt they’ll be asking to go again. The resort fee of $50 is ridiculous, if they are going to try and call themselves a resort they need to do more, starting with training the staff in hospitality. Most seem miserable to be there and the vibe is just weird. The main reason for going was the waterpark and both days it was unusable in my opinion. The first day the outside temperature was ok, but the water was freezing. The kiddie area was unbearably cold. Kids were shivering and purple lips were everywhere. The wave pool was unbearably hot on the other hand. Going from the wave pool heat to the freezing temp of the lazy river gave me a migraine and my kids wanted to leave after only an hour. The next day, it felt like the AC was blasting. I saw life guards in long sleeve shirts. My daughters lips turned purple and she actually looked unwell from being so cold. My son tried to tough it out but was walking around shaking from the cold before asking to leave after again, only an hour. The lifeguards don’t pay attention and when they are paying attention they’re usually screaming at people and giving attitude. It’s again, a weird vibe. When we left the water park my kids were wrapped freezing in the towels and they had us give them back right there, despite us being hotel guests so the kids could freeze and drip water all the way to their room.

The hotel needs more lighting outside near the other buildings. Very hard to tell at night what is what. The room is furnished very cute but absolutely stinks. The smell is overwhelming. Cannot have the AC on due to the smell. Phone in room does not work. Sheets look dirty.

Walls are so thin, you can hear the conversations in adjacent rooms. Very minimal sound proofing. My neighbors were shouting and using inappropriate language for my children to hear. Staff eventually albeit unwillingly refunded and cancelled my trip as I did not want to stay there after checking in.

We loved the property and location. The waterpark which was supposed to be the highlight is small and disappointing, and visibly aged and in need of a refurbish. We love being on the cape and the Hyannis area is nice for so many other reasons, hence we made the most of it.
