「This place is Awesome!!! It is a small boutique hotel located right on the edge of Old Town. The owner, Dimitar, was there to greet us upon our arrival. He took the time to explain all of the points of interest in the area and even gave us excellent suggestions on where to eat. He even suggested a great hotel to stay at on our next stop, which was Veliko Tarnovo. His place is like a museum and he treats everyone like family. He even joined us for breakfast. You won't be disappointed with this...

「We stayed in room 403 for 2 nights and enjoyed it. Room had a small balcony facing the church next to it. The room is modern but had limited space - especially the bathroom had no counter space. Location is superb - 2 min walk to the Roman theater, 10-15 min walk to the pedestrian shopping street (be mindful of walking up and down the cobblestone streets). We enjoyed our stay - staff are super helpful and friendly. Pro: Location in the old town. Close to all main sites. We liked the location...

「I loved the property, and old wooden style house. I loved the room and the location. However, the male manager at check-out treated me like a criminal that would skip out on the bill. Very unprofessional. He took a credit card for room payment, but would only take cash for parking. It made me suspicious of his work.」
