“The hosts live super close and we met them right away. Keith was about to go for a ride in his mud boat and asked us to join him. Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed this. We seen parts Caddo Lake that most people will never see. Our room was super clean and quiet. The property is beautiful with a large well kept lawn that leads you right to the water. I can’t say enough good things about this lodge and the hosts. I hope we get to go again soon. Thank you both so such a wonderful weekend!……

“Great cabin for me and my sons. We spent 2 days fishing. Easy place close to cabin to launch our boat. Quiet. Also ate at the nearby Mexican restaurant which was great with fast service.”

“This was a lovely, quiet spot. Keith, the owner, was on site, helpful, friendly and welcoming. He offered us his picnic pavilion as shelter for our car when a hailstorm was predicted. He also gave us free use of kayaks on his second property down the road (near a cypress bayou.) This is not a luxury property, but it is clean and pleasant. Make sure you know how to get there in advance. GPS may send you the wrong way and wifi may be spotty. ”

“We had a good stay at Caddo Lake, even though the recent rain made our boat tour cancel (due to launch site being under water). We went into Jefferson and took the historic trolly tour instead. The house was very close to the lake.”

“The setting of this property is stunning. Located on a small hillside within tall cypress and oak trees, you have an elevated view of the lake from the front porch. The interior pictures don’t do it justice. The exterior photos live up to their expectations and more. The house isn’t brand new, but it is well maintained, clean, and inviting. We utilized this property as “base camp” for a long weekend of kayak bass fishing. It was a great location to access the water easily and is nearby to……

“The lodge is located at the lakeside, you can easily access the lake. Free boats and life jackets are available for the guests to use, which is very nice! The room is clean and cozy, the only downside is the Wi-Fi signal in this room (#3) is terrible, I literally had no Wi-Fi to use in the room, you get some signal on the side of Room #1 and #2, and the BBQ area. The TV remote controller was also missing, we managed to manually adjust the TV channels. The wall is thin, and the guests next to us……

“This is a very quiet and peaceful area on Caddo Lake to enjoy. Loved being able to walk in friendly neighborhood and not worry about safety. There is a cafe with pier you can enjoy a sunset, all within walking distance. The unit is tucked away behind another cabin. Little misleading in photos-thought we would have a large lot. That closeness was not great, but luckily we had quiet neighbors. Some landscape work was needed such as tree limbs trimmed away, grass needed mowing, and trim bushes that……
